We expect that you have:

•        A relevant education in information technology, or equivalent experience

•        Experience with Dynamics 365 CS, including configuration and customization

•        Experience with Dynamics 365 user rights and roles

•        Experience with user support and incident management

•        Experience with handling change requests and define and refine product backlog items

•        Worked with Service Desk ticketing systems and agile planning tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or JIRA)

•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•        Ability to communicate complex IT-related issues in an understandable manner

•        Good command of English language

We are seeking a colleague to join our newly established Healthcare Claims team. We are developing a new product, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, leveraging its robust architecture and capabilities to manage and process healthcare claims efficiently. Currently we use the 365 Customer Service module. We may apply other modules in the future.

The team is looking for a Dynamics 365 application specialist who will take the lead in configuring and optimizing our Healthcare Claims system. You will be expected to act as the application specialist, which includes handling incoming requests from the business, from the product owner and from other development team members and configure and customize the product to meet the requests. Requests can be in the form of incidents or change requests. You will also be responsible for assigning proper rights and roles to the users, and for ensuring that the users are removed when they are no longer needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience with configuration and customization of Dynamics 365/CRM, as well as user support, user onboarding, incident management and defining requirements (user stories). The candidate should furthermore have the ability to work in a distributed team with members situated in Poland and Denmark. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland but can be maintained as a hybrid position.
