We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer with expertise in cyber security, physical security, and business continuity to ensure the safety of our organization from evolving threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security consultancy, audit remediation, and cybersecurity training, while also being capable of challenging technical choices made by Architects regarding projects.

This role is critical to the ongoing success of our organization, combining in-depth technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to securing both our digital and physical assets, driving security awareness across all levels of the organization, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations such as DORA.

This role covers following activities

* Leading cybersecurity iniciatives and implementing security policies, procedures and best practices
* Implementing measures including access control systems, surceillance and facility safety protocols
* Designing, maintating and implementing a robust business continuity and disaster recovery plan
* Actively collaborating with solution architects to review, challenge, and optimize technical designs
* Collaborate with internal and external auditors during security and compliance audits
* Develop and lead comprehensive security awareness programs to educate employees

Your profile

* Fluent English spoken and written at least B2 level
* 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, physical security and business continuity
* Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks - ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and DORA
* Familiarity with security technologies - firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, EVS/IVS ...
* Knowledge of Agile frameworks, cloud platforms and securing cloud infrastructures
* Excellent communication skills

It's a plus if you have relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent.
