• Have at least 1 year of experience in customer support;
• Demonstrate English proficiency at an Upper Intermediate (B2+) level or higher;
• Hold a higher education degree;
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills;
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities;

• Be skilled at working effectively with various stakeholders (both external and internal);
• Be responsible, quick to learn, and capable of handling large amounts of information;

We are currently growing and expanding, and as a result, we are seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to join our International Cooperation Department. If you are responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to develop in the field of customer support – we look forward to receiving your CV.

• Full-time employment;
• Work hours are 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday;
• Work is office-based with a hybrid option (office-remote) after the probation period;
