Customer Success Managers (CSM) are the main link between customer base and our product team. Their common goal is to see that our clients are getting the most possible value from our products. On the other hand, Customer Success Manager is a voice of our customers within the whole company and is the ultimate owner of the relationships and cooperation with them.
During that journey, as a CSM you get to:
- Cooperate closely with the product team to experience SaaS product development.
- Work with key players of real estate development in Czechia and Slovakia, know their processes and best-practises.
- Gain extensive experience from SaaS B2B Revenue team. Contribute to retaining and boosting the revenue and grow financially with the company.

Customer Success Manager**We look for**:
- **Native Czech or Slovak speaker **with advanced level of English (B2). You have excellent communication skills in both languages.
- ** Customer ambassador.** On one hand, you are advocating for customers needs in our company, on the other, you can manage customers expectations very well. This role requires previous experience from Customer Service/Customer Success/Account Management or related field.
- ** Problem solver**. Your main focus is to understand customers process and its pain points. Your satisfaction comes from the value you delivered to the customer or from a problem you solved for them.
- ** Technology fan**. You have decent understanding of various IT tools and the ability to orient yourself in the new ones quickly. Previous experience with extensive use of other CRM or with IT tool implementation is advantage.
- ** Owner**. You have strong sense of ownership and responsibility to deliver on assigned tasks.
- ** Open mind & Drive**. You are open to take and give the feedback to improve yourself and the company. You are constantly challenging the current status-quo and look for opportunities how to grow and improve.
- ** Flexibility**. You have the excitement for fast-paced growth and the ability to resist stress that comes with it.
