We aim to find a professional who will be responsible for managing the onboarding and success of our customers with global real estate portfolios stretching from APAC to EMEA and North America.

**Your Mission**
Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create value by deeply understanding your customers’ business needs and aligning them with our product capabilities.
You will take full ownership of the customer success function, acting as a product expert and consultant throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll report on key success metrics, help shape the long-term customer engagement strategy, and drive innovation within the CS team to stay one step ahead.
**Responsibilities**
- Master the Spaceflow platform to provide seamless onboarding and guide customers toward valuable outcomes.
- Build strong relationships, proactively address concerns, and strategize for long-term success.
- Highlight success stories and gather feedback to enhance both the product and customer experience.
- Analyze satisfaction and usage data to identify growth opportunities and collaborate on account expansion.
- Own customer satisfaction and retention, reporting insights to leadership with strategic recommendations.
- Occasional travel required.
**What we’re looking for**
- Fluent in English
- An entrepreneurial mindset, driven to explore and experiment with new ideas
- Proactive self-starter and problem solver
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS or software development company
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite contacts
**Wed love it if you had**
- BA degree in relevant field
- Experience in real estate tech is a big plus!
- Czech, German or other languages
