Customer Solutions Team Lead

We’re seeking a **highly skilled technical person with managerial experiences,** and a motivated individual to join our dynamic technology startup as a **Team Leader of the Solution Team** in **Prague**.
**What you’ll do**:
**Leading a team** of our Support Engineers, Integration Specialists, and Solution Architects, the team full of driven and ambitious people - people from different backgrounds and countries who are in the first line, helping to deliver the best of our product to our valued clients.
**Your mission as a Team Lead of Solutions**:
- ** Managing team members** - in the first place. Targets and KPIs setting.
- Your team will be working on different tasks at the same time, which will require good **organizational** skills, and the ability to **prioritize** and **communicate** with other teams.
- ** Managing projects** - enterprise deals. This requires close cooperation with the sales team with pre-sales requests, onboarding process, and implementation of the projects with clients.
- Addressing technical questions/issues with clients,
- Setting delivery expectations,
- Training newcomers. **Preparing and executing the onboarding** of technical roles.
- Assigning Solutions to deals and **overseeing the onboarding of the clients**.
- ** Your team is helping clients** with regular technical tasks and with specific account configurations for their use cases. Experience in a client-facing role is a must. You have to understand what your team is doing.
- ** Cooperation with developers**, product and marketing departments, and sharing inputs from work.
- Leading monitoring initiatives helping to make Dataddo app flawless.
- ** Working a lot with data, databases, and APIs.**
- ** Strategic thinking**:
- setting the future strategies of the department.

**What you need**:
- ** Experience**: Minimum of **5 years of experience in a technical role** within the technology industry. Prior experience of at least **2 years in a leadership** or managerial role. Technical and/or customer-facing work experience is a must.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in a wide range of technologies and platforms relevant to our industry. A solid understanding of technology and software development processes is important. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. You are a data enthusiast and interested in programming.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team of support engineers and integration specialists. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- ** Customer Focus**: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to understand client needs, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- ** Problem-Solving Skills**: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify root causes, and implement effective strategies for continuous improvement.
- ** Organization and Prioritization**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- ** Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to new technologies, processes, and client requirements. Willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
