**Responsibilities**:
- Connect with customers through instant messaging on a businesss website to:
- Provide online and instant technical support.
- Help customers with complaints.
- Give customers information about products and services.
- Take orders and process returns.
- Help customers understand the product and answer questions about the products.
**Requirements**:
- Communication Skills (Both Written and Spoken).
- Native Italian
- Multitasking Skills.
- Empathy and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Typing and Data Entry.
- Positive Attitude.
