The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of One Ethicon, DePuy Synthes and Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions.
**Customer Service Supervisor**
**Location: Prague**
**Contract: full time, permanent contract**
**Overall purpose of job**
- Supervising a team of Customer Service Representatives / Specialists
- Provide coaching to the supervised team (both operational and personal/career development related)
**The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have**:
- Run regular operational reports.
- Provide the required operational approvals, system requirements.
- Analyze the team performance and KPI results, propose improvement ideas to management, solve operational issues.
- Ensure the team is following the processes / SOPs, related coaching & advisory.
- Actively support the initiatives and goals as set by MedTech CS and direct Managers.
- Close cooperation with stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing etc.).
- Involvement in audits.
- Other Customer Service activities or project involvements as assigned by Manager.
- mMeet all applicable quality and compliance requirements (i.e. HCC/HCBI/ANTI-CORRUPTION/FCPA/US-GCC/Privacy/SOX/QA.Safe Fleet).
- On time reporting on spontaneous adverse events (AE) reports and quality complaints for all products.
- Successfully complete all mandatory trainings on time and monitor the supervised team’s training completion.
**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Customer Service or at related areas.
- Proficiency from English language, native or excellent level of a CEE Central language.
- Leadership skills and behavior.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset, flexibility.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Goal-setting to the supervised team based on strategy and targets set by direct Managers, monitor the team‘s performance and development/growth.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills to monitor team & KPI results, operational reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate company and team strategy to the team, report-out and support to Manager in delivering the company & team targets.
- Excellent coordination and planning skills.
- Knowledge of used systems (incl. MS Office), tools and processes.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Readiness to learn and work in fast pace environment.
