Order Management: Process orders, coordinate deliveries and handle invoicing with precision.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Own portfolio of clinets: You will be responsible for a selected range of customers

Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken German, along with communicative English. French is a plus!
Personal traits: We’re looking for someone who is communicative, independent, and flexible.
Tech Skills: Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Outlook. Experience with Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
Education: A high school diploma at minimum.
