Customer Service Specialist with Dutch
Your role
In this role, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the Customer Service and Customer Account Executive teams.
You will help delivering a high-performance culture, that is aligned to both strategic and revenue-generating initiatives, whilst delivering a first-class service to both internal and external customers.
What youll be doing
You will be a part of our international Customer Service Team, based in Prague, and support our B2B customers from the Netherlands and Belgium.
If you are talkative, well-organized, proactive, and dont have a problem with handling customers on the phone line, then we are looking for you!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communication primarily with customers from the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Entering new contracts in the database and updates
- Dealing with requests and complaints of clients
What do you need to succeed:
- Reside and be eligible to work from Prague, Czech Republic
- English at the advanced level (necessary for the internal team communication, and communication with a small amount of English-speaking customers)
- Good communication skills, assertiveness
- Independence and thoroughness
- Attention to details
- Resistance to stress
This will give you an advantage:
- Previous experience in Customer service, or other customer-facing positions.
- Previous experience working in administrative positions
- Previous experience working with database systems
