Customer Service Specialist
Responsibility for assigned customers.
- Receipt and processing of incoming orders
- Negotiations with customers about possible changes in the range and the possibility of delivery conditions.
- Administration-elaboration of documents (delivery notes, invoices, export and customs documents for business cases).
- Communication and active cooperation with other departments.
