We are looking for a colleague on a temporary basis (1 year contract) with strong German and English language skills.
**Job Profile**:
- Supports the sales team in any and all aspects of the customer selling and sales support process.
- Performs sales activities and project / account management functions in support of customer and channel partner needs for a given region / territory / specific assignment, to ensure total customer satisfaction and to also assist the responsible Laird field sales team, acting as an extension of the outside sales force to proactively grow sales and achieve sales targets, goals and objectives. Is able to secure customer support and care related to customer orders (entering, confirming, shipment information, stock information etc.), inquiries and requirements.
- Has excellent **German and English** language skills
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Possesses basic account management skills and orients him/herself in Laird products and services
- Builds and maintains client relationships
- Interacts with manufacturing to prioritize orders and with other areas of discipline to identify and solve problems pertaining to sales, service and delivery, including special requirements, in a timely fashion
- Creates price offers and pricelists in cooperation with Project managers, Product managers, the engineering department and according to the global pricing politics of the company; keeps the quotations and pricelists up to date
- Enters and confirms purchase orders from customers
- Follow effective legislation and EHSMS, ethics rules and work ethics.
- Fulfil other tasks related to job position according to superior instructions.
