**Key Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate customer feedback and deal with escalations.
- Handle official complaints (including complaints received over social media channels) with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of each case with an individual approach toward the customer.
- Provide solutions and make decisions about compensation, as well as create and distribute vouchers.
**Requirements**:
- The ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Brilliant communication and empathy skills (both written and spoken) and a perfect command of English (level C1).
- Analytical mind with strong investigation and explanatory skills, with a high level of responsibility. Willingness to go the extra mile to understand the issue thoroughly and solve it.
- A knack for problem-solving with a customer-oriented mind and the ability to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
- Proven experience in a customer support or related role.
