Customer Quality Engineer Sebranice

• Communication with customer and production sites about quality topics such as customer claims, product and process changes etc.
• Participation in new product launch.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, deal with and report escalations.

• +2 years of experience in quality area within automotive industry will be big advantage, minimum 1 year is a must
• Competent in quality tools, and process/production control methods
• Diplomatic communication skills on high level
• Time flexible, proactive, willing to learn and able to lead people and actions
• Written and spoken English on high level, German and Czech language as advantage
• Driving license class B
