**Job Description**:
**THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN...**
You will join established autonomous team on a mission to innovate Customer Order Management. We serve clients operating in logistic business across Europe by providing them with transparent financial services including payments, balance, settlement, and lending with various liquidity sources in top-up, factoring and tax refund services. You will contribute to design and implementation of new core and customer facing services in a microservice architecture, using modern Java stack, Kafka, and PaaS services available in MS Azure. You will be knowledge holder for Customer Order Management team, analyzing customer needs, prepare & configure solutions in our systems or prepare requests for development team. The team uses agile methodology and the earliest testable, the earliest usable and lovable product approach to feature development.
You will work on activities like:
- Continual development of EW Customer Order Management system
- configuration of the Customer Order Management systems
- Agile Delivery doesn’t mean chaos, so documentation of changes is needed
- Cooperate with other EW Product teams with dependency on COM
**YOU WILL DO**:
- Define Solution proposal ready to implement.
- Build new services and add features to existing ones.
- Take ownership to define the best solution for the team to implement business needs.
- Troubleshoot issues coming from Customer Order Management system and other available tools related to this area.
- In case of need, ensure consultation with EW Enterprise Architecture to cover Arch rules.
**Qualifications**:
**YOU WILL NEED**:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as Customer Order Management Analyst
- Excellent communication skills & abstract thinking
- Proficiency in Czech or Slovak languages, Advanced English
- Algorithmic description of the Developer’s task
- Application configuration
- Git
- SQL basic skills
- Integration testing via Postman
- Kafka user operations
- Agile Delivery methodology
