POPIS POZICE:
Position: Claims Specialist with German
Do you have a background in finance, whether theoretical or practical, and experience with SAP?

Main Duties:
- Manage customer claims, debit notes, and disputes in accordance with company procedures
- Investigate claims promptly, collecting the required information to approve or reject them
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between accounts receivable, customer service, finance, and other departments
- Organize and store completed claims forms, documentation, and delivery proofs digitally
- Issue credit notes in a timely manner

POŽADAVKY:
- Min. 1 year experience in a similar position
- Theoretical or practical experience in a finance-related field
- Knowledhe of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outloook
- Knowledge of SAP is required
- Proficiency in English and German - verbal and written
