Do you speak Czech/Slovak and are fluent in English?
We are offering an opportunity in Customer Care in Greece, where you will assist customers with their inquiries and create amazing customer experience.
Native or advanced proficiency in Czech/Slovak.
Strong command of English (B2-C1), both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and patience.
Relocation to Athens, Greece (relocation package provided).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Familiarity with basic computer systems and ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage but not required.
