Requirements for the position:
► At least 3 years in a leadership role, such as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
► Deep knowledge of Customer Care related operations (Order-to-Cash).
► Proficient in SAP with a preference for those familiar with Esker/SFDC technologies.
► Expertise in advancing automation within order processing.
► Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
► Excellent analytical abilities and methodical thinking.
► Proven track record in designing and implementing guidelines, processes, and instructions.
► Exceptional communication skills and adept at managing change.
► Proficiency in both English and Czech.

We are currently in search of a Customer Care Supervisor based in Prague, Czech Republic.
The primary mission for this position is to assist the Customer Service Manager in achieving the objectives and expanding the Czech team encompassing Customer Support, Pricing, Tender, and Contract Management Specialists. Focus on enhancing Order processing through harmonization, automation, and standardization, while providing superior service to Czech clientele and the Sales division.
