We are looking for an experienced and communicative Customer Care Specialist fluent in both English and Dutch to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic group focused on processing sales orders for the UK & North region. This role involves not only back-office tasks but also active customer communication.
Coordinating the process of receiving and processing ordersCommunicating with clients and providing support throughout the order processCollaborating closely with internal teams (supply chain, procurement, finance)Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring high-quality serviceServing as a key point of contact between clients and various internal departmentsPožadujeme
Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindsetExperience with SAP and Salesforce is a significant advantageAbility to solve problems independently and manage time effectivelyA team player attitude and willingness to collaborate with different departmentsNabízíme
