Požadavky: We are looking for an experienced and communicative Customer Care Specialist fluent in both English and Dutch to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic group focused on processing sales orders for the UK & North region. This role involves not only back-office tasks but also active customer communication.
Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a significant advantage
Ability to solve problems independently and manage time effectively
A team player attitude and willingness to collaborate with different departments
