What is going to be a part of your workload?
- Providing our Swedish clients with support via e-mail and calls
- Creating, editing and being responsible for person's orders
- Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and our warehouse
- Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
- Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews
