What is going to be a part of your workload?
- Supporting our Danish speaking clients via e-mail and calls
- Creating, editing, tracking and being responsible for person's order
- Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with suppliers and the warehouse
- Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
- Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews
What do you need?
- Proficient knowledge of Danish language both written and spoken
- English OR Czech on a communicative level (at least B2)
- High empathy capacity and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for personal development
- Heart beating for your team
