**Your career at Deutsche Börse Group**:
**Field of Activity**
Setup-up and processing of corporate actions (CA) events including proxy voting (MEET events), disclosures, DWACS (deposit/withdrawal at custodian) and mandatory events including general events and issue data change. This includes bonds, equities, DRs as well as investment funds on CBF side.
**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Monitoring and processing of CA events for domestic and international
- Collection and processing of instructions from clients
- Coordination of MEET events with external providers like Broadridge and ISS
- Distribution of entitlements to clients
- Reconciliation of cash and securities differences
- Participation in continuous process improvements
- Monitor and solve customer queries
- Acting as key point of contact for internal and external parties with reference to the corporate action events
**Qualification & Skills**
- Secondary school, University degree is a plus
- Knowledge within banking operations
- Service orientation with excellent telephone and communication skills
- Problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment
- Very good written and spoken English (German is a plus)
- Systems knowledge: MS Office
