**About the Role**:
As a Core and Integration Manager, you will be accountable for the overall integration of business scenarios, based on the business requirements for different functions, including Commercial, Finance & Procurement, and Operations (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Technical Research and Development).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Solution Alignment: Ensure that the overall solution meets business and user requirements. Focus on cross-functional process and system setups, adhering to high-level conceptual design. Ensure traceability, alignment with architectural roadmaps, standardization, and support for insights development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT Integration Expert in your area of responsibility. Drive solutions for cross-functional integration topics and measure progress.
- Scoping and Proposals: Support scoping and fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements. Identify critical integration points and dependencies. Propose solutions for key integration gaps, providing effort estimations and alignment with business teams.
- Project Accountability: Ensure project work is delivered within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints, following release calendars.
- Peer Review and Documentation: Accountable for peer-reviewed, formally documented solutions signed off by IT and business functions.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee solution testing to meet quality standards. Take an enterprise mindset, addressing all integration points between solutions.

**Role Requirements**
**Essential Requirements**:
- University level degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in country and global roles with a Commercial, Finance or Operations background with a focus on performance management.
- Proven experience in cross-functional integration, system setups, and solution alignment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess business impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with architectural road maps and standardization principles.
- English as a must and additional language(s) preferred.
