POPIS POZICE:
Position: Contract Specialist
- HPP – full time role.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office and flexible hours.
Must haves: experience in contract preparation, review, and negotiation, as well as fluency in German (C1).
Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and modify contracts (various categories).
- Communicate contract status and ensure compliance, resolving any issues with the project team.
- Provide guidance on contract management and training for other specialists.
- Maintain contract databases and report on key metrics.

POŽADAVKY:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (law degree preferred for career growth).
- 3-5+ years of contract management experience, including negotiation and legal communication.
- Fluency in German (C1)
- Experience in Professional Services contracts is a plus.
- Strong sourcing/procurement background is an advantage.
