For this reason, we want to expand our Legal team with someone who will join our Head of Legal Vašek Malý, and become part of the happiest team at Notino, where you'll never get bored. As our Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for setting up and rolling out our compliance concept. New job, #newme. :)

What will you do?

• Set up and roll out compliance programme.
• Assist in the roll-out of risk management.
• Govern legal compliance within the organization.
• Evaluate risks and assist in prioritizing compliance tasks within the risk management system.
• Supervise compliance projects and provide advisory and consultation services.
• Conduct legal interpretations and analyze legal regulations related to compliance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legislative changes.
• Implement internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Analyze and evaluate processes and products to determine their compliance status.
• Document findings and propose or perform corrective measures.
• Seek expert consultation for corrective measures outside your capacity.
• Regularly update mapping and document revisions.
• Conduct regular compliance surveys/controls and report findings and progress.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc alerts regarding crucial compliance risks.
• You will perform the role of whistleblowing officer as well.

What do you need for this role?

• Master of Laws degree
• Broad legal knowledge in compliance law, with specialization in areas such as privacy, cybersecurity, competition law criminal liability, and corporate governance.
• Proficiency in Business English, including legal terminology (target C1), and fluency in Czech or Slovak.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to evaluate legal risks and consider economic impacts on the company and society.
• Experience with project management and risk management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal practice.
• Experience in compliance-related roles.
• Demonstrated independence and teamwork abilities.
• Diligence and a responsible approach to work.
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and discretion.
• Excellent communication skills, business-oriented thinking, and strong stress resistance.
