This is the job_**
We are looking for someone to effectively manage the companys global compensation plan including salaries and bonuses. You would be expected to oversee the companys system in line with Qinshifts business objectives, compliance and local market trends.
You will work closely on compensation issues with various stakeholders across the organization, including Qinshift leadership. Together with the Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will help shape the compensation strategy to ensure that the companys compensation programs remain fair and competitive.
The main place of work for you will be in **Prague**.

- Years of experience in compensation/rewards
Proficient in working in a complex matrix system, in an environment of continuous change and process improvement
You can handle functioning in teams across different functions and across geographies
You have an analytical mindset, you are numbers oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, advanced Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English language at a professional level
Czech language is a very welcome
**_ This is your role_**
- You must understand the regional specifics of remuneration and talent needs/priorities
You will act as the global expert on all compensation related matters within the company and manage complex queries accordingly, working closely with the local P&C, Finance and Payroll teams
You will lead communication and training programs to improve understanding of the Global Compensation plan and process by stakeholders across the business
You will develop the companys salary ranges and manage the regular review of salary ranges with the Compensation team
It will be great if you initiate external benchmarking activities and regular in-country support
You will provide various remuneration reports (people costing, pay accruals etc.) to individual country managers as required
You should actively participate in global projects such as performance management, global job grading, salary/bonus reviews, job evaluation projects, etc.
