Our Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing all consumer inquiries received through various channels (phone, brand websites, social media), and effectively addressing their requests by liaising with relevant stakeholders. This involves leading multifaceted projects tailored towards optimizing our methodologies and strengthening our interactions with consumers.

What will you be doing:
- Engaging with our Social media platforms to support specific brands by interacting with consumers- Creating survey campaigns with Brands Management developing specific survey questions to increase consumer engagement with our brands- Ensure consumers satisfaction and loyalty by analyzing insights and trends, reviewing and improving consumer experience and contact models by handling different levels of questions, requests, concerns in a proactive, effective and consumer friendly way- Signaling new net revenue impact by using the analytics from consumer contacts to find new ways to map these- Generate new solutions and actions to be shared with all relevant Dutch and Belgian stakeholders from different departments and support in the improvements of project and operating model while maintaining a strong relationship by managing regular governance meetings with Bi-Weekly & Monthly Reports
What youll bring:
- C1 in English and Dutch required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus- Experience with working in FMCG company or in project environment is an advantage- Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills- Able to work on own initiative, prioritize workload effectively and follow up on projects- Work in a multi-cultural environment - Our Prague office is 70% expat- Highly customer & service oriented mindset
