We have a great opportunity for a** Commercial Operations Specialist with Italian **based out of our **Prague Office.**
**What YOU will do here at LifeScan**:
In this role you will be responsible for processing customer enquiries in accordance with established processes, within the required timeline, effectively and efficiently, to meet customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Providing high-quality service and effective support in the handling day-to-day activities of the Commercial Operations role for all assigned customers (all order-to-cash processes)
- Providing customer support regarding collection issues, processing customer refunds, processing and reviewing account adjustments, and resolving client discrepancies and short payments
- Accurately processing and recording incoming payments
- Ensuring the reconciliation of payment details to prevent discrepancies in financial records
- Working closely with internal and external customers to ensure fulfilment of all order elements for on-time and accurate delivery
- Receiving, managing and resolving customer enquiries concerning orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, products, and product availability
- Reconciling Customer accounts in the event of balance queries
- Ensuring other product enquiries are appropriately redirected and followed up
- Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Providing support to Commercial Operations team colleagues when required
- Providing support to other work activities that may be assigned by the Commercial Operations Supervisor or Commercial Operations Manager
**Requirements**:
**About YOU**:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a real team player who thrives in working in a fast and dynamic organisation teamed with a can-do attitude. Ideally you will have at 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
As this role will involve liaising with customers in Italy, we need the successful applicant to be fluent in Italian, both written and spoken.
You will also have:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Telephone skills - in the areas of listening, problem resolution, dealing with difficult situations and /or concerned customers
- Strong organisational skills
- An ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure/demanding timelines
- An ability to follow specific processes and flexibility as appropriate
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong skills in structuring, analysing, and understanding data
- Fluent (written and spoken) Italian language skills, and good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel
- An ability to operate effectively in an office environment, using computers and other office equipment
