**What You’ll Do Here**:
- Accounts receivable (AR) collection
- AR reporting and evidence of unpaid AR
- Communication with customers
- Internal communication with Sales Operations and Billing team
- Cooperation with the Legal and Tax teams (regarding problematic customers)
- Daily work in Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce
**What You’ll Bring to Us**:
- High school/University diploma in Economic field
- Fluent English is a must, knowledge of Spanish and Czech is a plus, but not a strict requirement
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, flexible and must be detail-oriented
- Previous experience in the AR/Collections field is an advantage
