We are looking for a CMDB Analyst to focus on analyzing and ensuring data quality in the VIG CMDB. 💚 You will collaborate with colleagues from various VIG companies, address data discrepancies, and provide training on CMDB solutions and IT Configuration Management processes. Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and analyze data quality in the VIG CMDB (CIs, attributes, and relationships), address discrepancies and ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date data.
* Organize regular meetings with CMDB Specialists from local VIG companies to consult on data discrepancies and support their resolution.
* Provide training and consultations on the VIG CMDB solution and related IT Configuration Management process, driving adoption across local VIG entities.
* Identify and resolve incidents or technical issues in CMDB data and/or data collection (discovery and/or integration) in collaboration with Platform GCC.
* Gather and analyze requirements for CMDB solution improvements in consultation with the VIG CMDB Architect.
* Monitor the functionality of the CMDB solution and IT Configuration Management processes.

What you will need:

* Czech/Slovak – native speaker, English – working proficiency
* Basic knowledge of IT Configuration Management processes and/or ITIL practices
* Basic knowledge of CMDB or similar large databases (knowledge of ServiceNow platform is an advantage)
* Experience with data analysis and good knowledge of Excel
* Experience and working knowledge of IT infrastructure (hardware, virtualization, containerization, OS, application SW, public cloud services, etc.)
* Knowledge of IT discovery principles is an advantage.
* Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
