Must-Have Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a Cloud DevOps Team Lead, or similar role.
• Understanding DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud automation.
• Knowledge on Cloud Principles and understanding differences between PaaS, SaaS, IaaS. 
• Experience in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications: 

• Experience in cost analysis and optimization for cloud services.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or experience with Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and automation in cloud environments.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to drive our DevOps Team, oversee cloud infrastructure and operations, and lead a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding in DevOps and Cloud, experience in leading people, and fluency in English.

As a Cloud DevOps Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing team capacity, resource allocation, and project timelines. You are also expected to resolve team conflicts and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth workflow. You will have to act as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing requirements, ensure that the team delivers features that align with business objectives and user needs. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
