- High schoolWe are looking for dedicated and responsible Client Care Specialists with native French and fluent English language for a significant, stable, international company in Prague to provide high-end customer care in a field of medical devices.
**About this position**:
- handling product and service complaints and queries
- responsibility for correct order handling and customer data maintenance
- proving basic product support
- implementation of processes and procedures related to Customer Care
- promoting current campaigns and offers
- cooperation with sister companies
**Requirements**:
- experience in customer service field, preferably with order management
- native (or close to native) French and fluent English
- knowledge of SAP is big advantage
- excellent communication skills and pro-client orientation
- computer skills
- sense of detail, positive attitude, stress resistance
