**Your main responsibilities**
- Planning and evaluating the achievement of C&R warehouse targets on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
- Evaluating team productivity
- Cost-effective management of operations
- Achieving set KPI and SLA targets
- Complex HR agenda (payroll, attendance, KPI evaluation), employee motivation and development
- Development and selection of people for the C&R part of the warehouse
- Cooperation in the implementation of new processes
- Creating, setting and controlling process improvements in collaboration with supervisor and other team members
- Overseeing compliance with and setting up H&S regulations
**This job is for you, if**
- You have at least 3 years experience of leading and motivating teams of at least 30 people
- You have knowledge of C&R processes and legislation
- You superior user knowledge of MS Excel (contingency tables or more advanced functions are not a barrier for you)
- You have isplay high leadership abilities to encourage, develop and motivate people
- You have ability to take responsibility for your decisions
- You are goal-oriented, focused on achieving high impact results
- You have time flexibility - during the season (November to February) you need to work in a two-shift operation
- You have proactive attitude and willingness to come up with new ideas
- You work effectively in both English and Czech (desired B2+)
