About the Role:
Support superior in enhancing the communication between Sales and Marketing. Support in the elaboration and implementation of customers strategy, according to Marketing Plans. Support designing channel promotions, formalizing calendars of activities with customers and monitoring the correct implementation at POS level. Support and contribute in POS materials development together with Marketing.
Main Responsibilities:
- POS materials development (e.g. floor stands, posters,)
- Management and organization of POSM agenda
- Development of POS material with agency
- POSM catalogue in company portal management
- Coordinate execution in stores together with Field Dept.
- Route to market of POS materials
- Ensure plan of execution of POS in stores
- Elaborate the evaluation of POSM usage
- Collection and analysis of feedback from KA (clients) and sales force
- Collection and analysis of the service quality of external logistics partner
- Communicate feedback and results
- Correct implementation of POSM process in the SAP system
Who we are looking for:

- Sales experience from FMCG industry beneficial
- Proficient in Czech and English language - oral and written
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
