Channel Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales and channel development strategies for the designated market to achieve sales targets and market share.
- Expand sales channels in the designated market, and establish and maintain good relationships with distributors, agents, and partners.
- Manage the sales team in the designated market, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure the team meets sales targets.
- Plan and organize sales activities in the designated market, including exhibitions, seminars, product promotions, etc., to increase brand awareness and market share.
**Job Requirements**:
- More than 5 years’ sales experience as tobacco/FMCG channel/distribution sales manager ;
- Valid local work visa and English language proficiency, Chinese language is plus;
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.
- Team management or as a team leader experience is a plus.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a multi-disciplinary team as well as to independently drive different customer / client engagement;
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel and other data analyzing tool; Can do attitude with hands on approach is a must;
- Passion and innovative mindset, agile and open mind to challenges and fast changing market, entrepreneurship is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: 40,000.00Kč - 65,000.00Kč per year

- B2B Sales: 3 years (required)
- Channel Development: 3 years (preferred)
