As a Channel Sales Manager, youll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving growth.

What You Will Do:

As a Channel Sales Manager, youll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners. Your focus will be on large-sized partners across Czechia and Slovakia. Youll collaborate closely with internal technical, business, and functional teams to secure deals and achieve sales targets.

How You Will Do It:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key channel partners. Understand their needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and close deals.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area. Explore untapped markets and drive revenue growth.
• Become an expert on Hitachis air conditioning products. Articulate their value proposition to partners and end customers.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies as needed. Keep a pulse on market trends and competitive landscape.
• Provide training and support to channel partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

What Were Looking For:

• Native Czech speaker fluent in English
• Previous success in channel / direct sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Experience of business-to-business technical solutions sales
• Technical acumen with good HVAC knowledge
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; Results-oriented mindset; Strategic thinking
• Driving license – active driver and willingness to travel
• Advanced user of Ms Office
