**What youll do**
Our team handles invoice complaints of SAP Germany, SAP Switzerland and SAP Austria and process these mainly by our own. You get a wide range of insight in invoicing and complaint management for many different areas of the Business.
You will be responsible for incoming complaints until final clarification. If necessary, you will correct invoices in our systems by your own.
- Process invoice complaints by your own in all Lines of Business for SAP Germany, SAP Austria and SAP Switzerland according to our guideline
- Monitor all relevant complaints
- Document complete complaint process with SAP System Dispute Management
- Create invoices, cancellations and credits
- Support in projects
After a certain period of training the employee will take responsibility of their own customers.

- Language skills: Intermediate German and good English language skills required
- Computer skills: profound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
- Soft skills: good communication and organizational skills; team spirit and flexibility; independent working style, willingness to learn and a high level of motivation

Cash Collections operates regionally to collect our company’s claims. Main objective is to influence our Cash Flow as positive as possible. The Cash Collections
- and Dispute Management team is assigned to the region MEE.
