Veeam Software is seeking a dynamic and thoughtful **Business Solutions Architect** to join our Product Management, Alliances team. In this role, you will create and manage content for Veeams Security Alliance efforts, delivering self-education programs for the Security Alliance and Veeam pre-sales teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and operating a technical alliance partner program for approximately 200 alliance partners, strategizing content for technical enablement, managing R&D-relevant partner contracts, and providing insights to key stakeholders.
**Your tasks will include**:
**Content Creation and Management**:
- Develop and manage content for Veeams Security Alliance efforts to educate the security alliance and Veeam pre-sales teams.
- Act as a spokesperson for Veeam at security industry events and webinars.
**Technical Alliance Partner Program**:
- Develop, maintain and operate a technical alliance partner program for approximately 200 alliance partners to reduce the teams daily overhead.
- Formulate strategies and content for technical enablement to enhance Veeams presence in a large alliance ecosystem while maintaining a low resource footprint.
- As Project Manager, maintain R&D relevant contracts for key partners. This includes updating timelines and overseeing the procurement process in the Coupa, Legal and IT Licensing teams.
**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Develop and maintain target trackers specific to Product Management, Alliances.
- Analyze results and data, utilizing technical experience from the field to detect potential for improvement and provide stakeholders with a robust data foundation for making informed decisions.
- Prepare content and summaries for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and drive and track action items.
**What we expect from you**:
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Demonstrable technical pre-sales experience in the Veeam ecosystem (Veeam or Partner). Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- The demonstrable ability to draw accurate and effective conclusions from data or situations, consistently making informed decisions and executing tasks with precision.
- Hands-on experience with Veeam, VMware.
- The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
- A willingness to travel (10-20%) and represent Veeam at global industry events and webinars.
