Business Program Consultant

The Business Program Consultant is the front line of (COMPANY NAME) Digital Industries change management arm called NextLevel. The role is the spear of the Sales Expert Center Hub to that faces every days battle to identify items, process and steps to implement major change among regional (COMPANY NAME) sales organizations.
Business trajectory of Automation and Software must be united and we seek a person with sales experience with structured approach to new programs, change management and project steering. We are looking for this champion to be the program manger and mentor in one single united role.
DI Sales shapes the future of sales through first-class consultation and innovative solutions in our regions for a unique customer experience. From further developing the whole Sales Organization through close collaboration between HQ and the regions - we enable and support the countries with sales excellence methodologies, tools and best practices based on a global overview. By constantly going one step further and pushing our boundaries to take the regions and their businesses to the next level where they can exceed their partners and customers expectations.
Main KPI: Successful implementation of the Joint Approach in timely manner
**Responsibilities**:
- Work jointly on a comprehensive change management strategy: Create a tailored vision, objectives, and actionable steps.
- Conduct a thorough assessment: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in sales processes, structure, and technology needed.
- Engage stakeholders and foster collaboration: Facilitate communication and build relationships with inside sales, automation, software teams, and line management.
- Handle Stakeholder interactions: ensure their collaboration and measurable outcome.
- Monitor and measure impact: Establish KPIs, track progress, and make necessary adjustments for successful integration.
- As part of the Next Level Sales Operations team, driving regional scaling and adoption Joint Approach among the selected regional organizations.
- To act as an interface for NXTL sales related processes between RCs and HQ.
- Ensure regional adoption of DI sales processes and sales activities.
- Ensure that the vital documentation and mentorship is available.
- Support regional companies in execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent English.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solution, process or fix.
- Superb networking skills.
- Bringing with long experience as Business Consultant from an international Sales environment.
- You have an extensive experience in implementation of sales processes or program rounded by an outstanding analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Furthermore, you are experienced in cross-regional and cross-cultural projects and therefore.
- Strong team orientation, self-efficiency and proactiveness.
- A can-do attitude is needed to the task.
- Written and verbal, communication and presentation skills.
- Location preference in Prague.You can look forward to:
