Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in selling advisory services related to business design, preferably in a digital agency or consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to cooperate with marketing team and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proven experience in account based marketing
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building positive business relationships.
  • Knowledge of the business design and digital solutions industry (digital transforation, new technologies, user experience, UX / UI design)
  • Understanding clients’ needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Proactive approach, team player, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English, enabling smooth communication with international clients.

With a team of 50+ creative professionals dedicated to providing top-notch advisory, we are expanding our client base and seeking an experienced Business Growth Consultant to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, energetic, and possess an understanding of consulting, design, new technologies and digital business areas. We are looking for a motivated person, ready to take on challenges, expand into new markets, and build long-lasting client relationships.
