    • Availability for occasional evening meetings (6 PM CET, 2-3 times per month).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills (active listening, empathy and respect).

    • Analytical thinking — data-driven decision-making and market analysis skills.

      About the role

      ? As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your expertise in B2B lead generation, sales strategy, and consultative selling will be essential in attracting, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term clients.

      Youll own the inbound sales process, contribute to outbound strategies, and work closely with the Head of Sales and CEO to shape business development efforts. Using a Sandler-style consultative approach, you’ll build trust-based relationships, ensuring that deals align with client needs and project feasibility.
