**Role Overview**:
Join our dynamic team as our MS Dynamics Business Development Manager, where youll be the driving force behind our Microsoft partnership, working closely with vendors and TD SYNNEX. This pivotal role involves building and nurturing crucial relationships, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless alignment across teams.
**Accountabilities**:
As the **MS Dynamics Business Development Manager**, you will:
Lead the introduction of new Microsoft products and effectively manage diverse partners, in collaboration with vendors and country teams. Help foster high-level vendor engagement and facilitate regular business reviews to ensure mutual success. Drive effective communication of TDSYNNEXs goals and objectives. While creating and implementing innovative business development programs to foster partner growth. Skillfully manage forecasts and pipelines, with a focus on key deals and transparent communication. Navigate internal processes, fostering collaboration among various departments to drive business success.
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence, coupled with strong influence and persuasion skills.
- Exhibit a passion for strategic thinking, coupled with high levels of enthusiasm and motivation by being an avid hunter who enjoys to building long lasting relationships.
- Have a solid **background in the IT industry,** with experience in business development within channels or vendor relations.
- Show proficiency in solution selling and a strong command of **Dynamics 365, Power platform, and Dynamics AX.**:
- Display the ability to thrive independently in external environments, while seamlessly collaborating with different teams.
- Possess a deep understanding of distribution, channels, business development, and marketing.
- Show initiative in driving the business forward and taking the lead when necessary.
Languages Required: Czech (C2/Native level) and English (professional/C1).
