- Min 5 years experience in B2B sales,
- Proven track record selling complex SaaS software min. 3 years experience
- Ability to dynamically acquire new clients (hunting) via active prospecting, outreach, called calling and other sales techniques
- Independence, responsibility, initiative and a focus on achieving goals.
- English language skills essential (other languages will be an advantage)
- Metrics driven, organized, with an appreciation of sales data
- Experience with CLM, HCM platforms or digital solutions for sales teams is a significant advantage.
