Business Administrator
This role is a Business Administrator role for the HR Service Delivery Organisation.
You will be expected to participate in expense management for leader and team, support budget management for morale events, and may support financial management for the business in partnership with others. Plan, coordinates, and execute team and organizational events, including morale and other events. Manage onboarding for new hires as well as support culture and learning initiative for the employees in the service delivery organisation. Manage travel arrangements and logistics for leader(s). Support space, supply, and hardware management and planning. Provide support for employee lifecycle and team experience. Support the growth and development of Business Support team(s). Manage organizational projects, use discretion in decision making, and promote policy compliance.

**Responsibilities**:
The Business Administrator will provide administrative support to the Service Centre Leader and the entire onsite team. Responsibilities will include, but will not limited to:
- HR Service Delivery General Manager and Service Centre Leader calendar management (day to day, fiscal year planning, and time management)
- International and domestic travel management
- Expense Management
- Onboarding program coordination
- Asset management
- Mandatory trainings completion tracking
- Helping to plan and drive the annual Rhythm of the Business (ROB), including ownership of agendas for some key meetings
- Notes taking during Leadership Team meetings, following-up on actions with the action item owners to ensure completion
- Maintaining of team aliases and security groups
- Assisting in tracking Opex and Headcount
- Office coordination in partnership with Real Estate & Facilities
- Purchase order management and invoicing
- Event planning for 100+ attendees with high focus on inclusion
- Planning and execution of multi-day offsites and coordination of centre visits
- Strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Business Administrator network
- Ad hoc project coordination
**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
- Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English language (verbal and written).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in internal Microsoft tools, such as Employee Central, MyOrder, etc.
