Our team comprises over 600 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices, located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We are looking for a skilled Brand Integration Specialist or Partner to support our Mr. Bricks YouTube project. Mr. Bricks is a dynamic channel creating engaging content for teens and brick enthusiasts. If you have a passion for brand partnerships and are eager to connect with a vibrant audience, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing project and earn through successful brand integrations. 

What You Will Do:

• Identify, negotiate, and establish impactful partnerships that align with our company’s vision and elevate our brand presence
• Coordinate and facilitate brand integration opportunities within our video content, ensuring smooth execution that resonates with our audience
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future collaborations and drive measurable results
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging brands and trends, uncovering new partnership opportunities across diverse sectors.

What We Expect:

• An experienced individual or agency with a proven track record in securing brand partnerships, ideally within the digital and content creation space
• The ability to identify and pursue brand alignment opportunities that resonate with our target audience
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with brands and agencies.
