**_ About Your Role_**:
You act as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury ambassador by leading and engaging Retailer’s teams and managers with the unique Tilbury vision. You are a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager who is a true coach that helps develop the Retailer’s team on CT brand awareness and you will also set sales goals in partnership with them.
You demonstrate the ability to train Retailer’s Teams for expert knowledge and never-ending Tilbury Theatre. You are flexible and a strong communicator that has the capability to create a long-lasting relationship with Retailer’s store managers and supporting all stores by presence and from a distance. You are the connection between Ct world and the Retailer. You will engage in recreating a Charlotte Tilbury experience in the stores through mini training session dedicated to Retailer’s team and organizing mini events too, livening up the store with a unique Charlotte Tilbury experience for the customers. You pride yourself on creating and driving magical customer experience by building genuine emotional connections. Not only do you dare to dream it - you dare to do it.
**_About Your Role As a Multi Site Business Manager, you will:_**:
- Engaging Retailer’s teams is the most important part of your role, you set up your goal with Store managers for success and build a true tilbury community in your respective unstaffed stores in your area.
- Train Retailer’s teams, motivating them to know and sell our products, spend part of your time in store making them fall in love with our Brand Heritage.
- Driving sales success through motivation of the Retailer’s teams to hit daily and monthly KPI targets.
- Create lasting relationship with the Store managers and becoming a true CT Advocate
- Identify the training needs of the team in collaboration with the Area Trainer and provide feedback about advancement in opportunity areas, sharing your objectives with your Line Manager.
- Manage visual merchandising, products layout, VM standards, testers, stock, and feedback to your line manager.
- Organize mini events in store to incentivize and promote the Charlotte Tilbury experience and Magic Service.
- Following the North Star Sales Goal given to you by the Business, set your daily, weekly and monthly goal, leading the Retailer’s teams to achieve amazing results together and feedback to your line manager
- **Commercial Accountabilities**:
- Lead by example! You know best how to get those limitless results from one customer and show this to every Retailer’s team to motivate them.
- Drive and build your business KPI performance to achieve market leading results and maintain #1 ranking and #1 growth
- Ensure the best customer experience is being delivered; even when you’re not around by embedding the magic service methodology. Build brand awareness by creating lasting emotional connections with customers
- Think limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year with consideration for New Product Launches, and activity/market impacts from the previous year of trade
- Devise and deliver a compelling eventing strategy for all your doors. Weekly and Monthly productivity reporting to the Area Manager

- **Operational Accountabilities**:
- Working and liaising with host store partners and senior stakeholders; ensuring brand compliance with policies and procedures
- Management on stock levels (sales, audits and counts) analysing all information available to provide proactive counsel to the Area Manager on stock lines
- Execute flawless visual merchandising and standards on a daily basis
