**Our Luxury division is currently looking for a new team member to take over Media, PR, and Influencer communication activities for the luxury brands YSL and Prada.**
**If you have already gathered experience in Brand/Product Management, incl. planning and execution of TV/Digital campaigns, dont miss the opportunity to be part of a fabulous team, that is leading the marketing of our luxury brands in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia.**
**As Brand Engagement Manager you will**:
- Be responsible for the implementation of a consistent and relevant communication vision, strategy & plan for luxury brands (working closely with DMI/Zone, Product Manager, and Brand Business Director)
- Define the integrated campaign activation calendar for your portfolio of brands and allocate the budget for communication activities
- Own the paid media planning process and execution of yearly media plan in collaboration with partner agencies
- Be accountable for evaluation of media performance and ROI on a regular basis - defining learnings and recommendations to drive improvement of the content and campaign performance
- Ensure that we push innovation and best practices in media and stay up to date with industry best practices and innovations, sharing learnings with the wider marketing community in the division
- Own the local PR/Influencer strategy - building and maintaining relationships with Press, Influencers, channels, and partners
- Build innovative Comms and Influencer initiatives in order to drive brand equity and build long-lasting brand love
- Provide guidance on how to build engagement and loyalty across social media platforms and communities
- Manage the media budget from production costs to media buying in all channels. Manage the PR/Events/Influencer budget
- Work collaboratively with other departments and colleagues (product, trade, sales, logistics, etc.) to build the success of your brands strategy
**You are the one if you have**:
- University degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Product/ Brand Management - ideally with direct responsibility for TV/Digital communication
- Comprehensive project management skills and confidence in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a large matrix organization
- High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and resilience
- You are genuinely interested in digital marketing, luxury retail, and trends and have a good knowledge of the consumers and media landscape
- Very good level of communication skills, building relationships and contributing to team spirit
- You are fluent in English and Czech or Slovak (+ Hungarian language is an advantage)
