**About the Role**:
DPD is on a quest to find a **meticulous and experienced Billing Local Representative to join our CEE Data Comparison team**. As our new Billing Wizard, youll master the ancient art of our current Billing system, oversee the magical transformation to a new Billing system, and ensure the spells (data) are accurate and consistent between both realms. **This role is essential for maintaining financial integrity and ensuring a smooth and enchanted transition to our new Billing system**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Master the Mystical Billing System**: Become the ultimate guru in our existing Billing system and its mysterious functionalities.
**Plan the Great Billing Transition**: Assist in crafting the spell (plan) and execution of the new billing systems grand reveal.
**Data Sorcery**: Conduct thorough comparisons between the old and new billing systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy - no discrepancies allowed!
**Discrepancy Vanisher**: Identify and obliterate any discrepancies between systems to maintain data integrity.
**Collaborative Conjuring**: Work hand-in-hand with the CEE Program Manager, IT, and Finance teams to address any magical mishaps during the implementation process.
**Document the Enchantment**: Develop and document processes and best practices for data migration and validation.
**Team Trainer and Support Mage**: Provide training and support to fellow team members on the new billing system as needed.
**Report Sage**: Generate reports and present findings on data comparison and system implementation progress.
**Automation Alchemist**: Identify and implement automation processes in the comparison - to reduce manual labor and enhance efficiency.
**Supplier Sorcery**: Closely cooperate with the supplier providing the new billing solution and migrating data to identify and verify potential differences in data migration.
**Lead the Apprentices**: Guide and mentor a team of colleagues/students assigned to assist with the comparison process.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Ideally, a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
**Experience**: Proven experience in Billing, Financial systems, or Data analysis.
**Knowledge**: Understanding of Billing processes and systems is a super plus, but even if you only have basic knowledge or awareness, well teach you the rest!
**Detail-Oriented**: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - nothing escapes your keen eyes.
**Analytical Wizardry**: Analytical thinking and logical thinking are your superpowers.
**Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
**Communication**: Good English and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-country teams.
**System Implementer**: Experience with system implementation and data migration is a plus.
**Multitasker**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and an orientation to detail.
**Adventurous Spirit**: Flexibility and the ability to travel abroad - ready to embark on new adventures!
**Travel and Training**:
**On-the-Road Enchanter**: Youll have the chance to meet with colleagues from Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia, turning work into a few days of business travel in these countries. Approximately one business trip per month.
**Initial Training**: Comprehensive training at the local DPD office will set you on the right path.
**Remote Work**: After initial training, and occasional business travel, enjoy the flexibility of working from home!
