Bancassurance and Partnership Manager (GENERALI)

For our company Generali CEE Holding we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Bancassurance and Partnership Manager to support the development of the Bancassurance business across the CEE Region.Generali CEE Holding operates in 10 countries in the CEE region. It is based in Prague, the Czech Republic, and employs 200 people of 16 nationalities. English is the company language.What will be the main responsibilities: * Monitor the development and results of the Bancassurance business in CEE countries (in coordination with regional CFO area) and identify in a timely manner adequate corrective actions. * Coordinate and proactively develop, jointly with countries, relationships with local and international banks to further develop existing Bancassurance agreements. * Ensure, in a timely and efficient manner, the governance model of cross-country Bancassurance deals in CEE with the aim to further develop the business in target geographies. * Ensure on-going screening of the new Bancassurance opportunities and lead the due diligence and the execution of new Bancassurance deals in alignment with another Group and regional stakeholders. * Monitor and analyze Bancassurance market trends to identify new emerging innovative business models, opportunities, or risks. * Promote sharing of experiences and cross-fertilization among Bancassurance experts in CEE countries. * Identify new product opportunities in the Bancassurance channel and coordinate, with local and regional stakeholders, the product development process. * Ensure the cascading and the implementation of Group Bancassurance Guidelines and other relevant regulations/procedures in CEE countries.What is needed in this role: * Min. 5 years of experience in distribution/sales in an insurance company or bank with proven relationship management skills. * Very good English is a must, Italian is a great advantage. * Business and technical knowledge on life and non-life insurance products and business. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to work collaboratively with other teams in the region, with the Head Office and with banking partners. * Project management skills, ability in managing multiple stakeholders and dealing with complex organization. * Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Capability to drive innovation in product offering and go-to-market.What we can offer: * Friendly international environment. * Very flexible working arrangements, home office. * Real support of professional and personal growth. * Background of Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance providers. * Interesting remuneration package (base salary and significant annual bonus) and employee benefits (30 vacation days, other days off for specific purposes, meal allowance, contribution to DIP, pension insurance and life insurance, contribution to leisure time activities, significant discount on company products, etc.).This position is based in Prague, Czech Republic and a work permit within the EU is required.
